Shipping policy
Processing and shipping Time:
Please allow 2-4 business days for us to process your order. Our business days are Monday-Friday. Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow 2-5 business days to receive your products once shipped.
Due to COVID, there may be some delays. We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once we ship your order!
Incorrect Address:
If you notice that you have provided us with the incorrect address at checkout, please contact us IMMEDIATELY via email at kamorcosmetics@gmail.com. Once your order has shipped, we will not be able to change any addresses. There will be no refunds for orders delivered to the wrong address so please double check and make sure that you provide us with the correct address at checkout.
Lost Packages:
K. Amor will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages once your package has been received by the USPS (United States Postal Service). Please contact USPS directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding your orders.
Once again, ALL sales are FINAL. There will be NO refunds, NO returns, and NO exchanges.
